Return and Refund Policy
At redlight-therapy.co.za, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your red light therapy light, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
- Returns must be sent to our return address (see contact details below).
To initiate a return, please contact us at riaan@redlight-therapy.co.za with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 7 working days.
- If the product is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is faulty.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or modification.
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
